The Bulldogs and John Asiata have agreed to part ways by mutual consent.

Asiata, signed with the club this season, but had yet to train with the squad.

The Bulldogs wish John and his family all the best for the future.

Assuming that all clubs stick to their guns on wanting players to vaccinate, there's going to be a few big names potentially walking away from the best wage they can possibly earn. I'd be very surprised on a few months if these guys don't all get vaccinated as soon as they realise how wages outside of the NRL force them to live.
