He's done that his whole career though. He's always been incredibly inconsistent and it's why he hasn't reached his potential.

I wouldn't say no ticker. I think it's more concentration and bad habits.. Like you said, last year he came up with some incredible plays with and without the ball. Some of them were huge effort plays too.

But then other times he'd do dumb things and his head just wasn't in the game. There are lots of players like him and every club has a few that are frustrating to watch for those reasons.
