What initiated concerns if you didnt feel anything?
Was it a mammogram?

Jeez Sarah. I hope it all goes okay. Now I feel guilty for feeling jealous of your photos with G.

Did you have to use the words 'girly scrape'. My legs immediately crossed tight and I sort of scrunched down in sympathy.

i currently have a breast cancer scare.. going for an unltrasound on thurs...
were all praying 4 ya Sarah.

My grandmother passed away from breast cancer 2 and a 1/2 yrs ago and her sister a further 8 yrs ago passed away from Breast Cancer.

My mother everyday lives in fear that she could very well get the horrendous killer since shes at a high risk now.

I feel for every1 who has gone through the pain of either having cancer or experiencing some1 going through it and not surviving. Its so awful when its days b4 death..u can c the pain they r experiencing but yet ur so helpess in helping ease the pain.

Ladies dont take this 4 granted, u shud all do ur own check ups ( i think its the 1st day of each month), and if need b if ur at a higher risk or for peace of mind get a mammogram.

Heaps would b gr8ful if u can join the breast cancer association, ive been an avid supporter since i turned 18 and ill always do my part. Every1 has a mother, or a sister, or an aunt, or a grandmother, or a wife or a daughter. We wouldnt want anything to happen to them, so we shud help.

goodluck sarah!!

i had ultrasounds on my boobies last year because there were hard lumps and i was as scared as anything when i felt them, but the ultrasound showed it was just some hard tissue and nothing to be worried about but i was advised to be checked every 6 months.

p.s. mammograms are only for ppl over 40, ppl under get ultrasounds i think

Actually i think you're right with that.

Women under 40 still have fairly dense breast tissue, compared to oldies so mammograms are basically worthless. Ultrasounds actually have a higher resolution?
My bad

Ask elise for confirmation lol
