You have Mr stumped. Unless it's the obvious (what) are the next four letters. Otherwise you can rearrange the F. OTO to foot. Neither seems like a hidden answer to me. That's all my thoughts.

There is a sequence of four letters that come next, it is a matter of figuring out what the first four letters relate to, then the next four become apparent. The location of the dot/period/decimal point is a clue.
