Just wondering how people thought he went tonight?

Personally I thought he was solid in defence, always getting involved, and shows some creative flair.

One of our better players on the field tonight who actually tried.

Your thoughts?

Was okay. WAY TOO SLOW though. Needs to show urgency.

Wish we had a specialist hooker as backup.

Solid at best.

But solid isn't good enough.

yeah i agree they need better communication in all departments, we have no structure at the moment, we need to get the simple things right!

hard to play a good game coming in behind a pack struggling for go forward. Green played good taking into consideration, nothing special but solid.

our forwards let us down tonight, it was all one out stuff off the ruck, take it up and get belted. Green did his best to try and create some options either side of the ruck but our forwards were just offering nothing.

Ran some good lines and allowed Stagg to play out wide.

Played a ripper today. Based on his 2 performances so far, I don't see him accommodating for anyone.

Must say I'm surprised...

Blake Green

I thought he was pretty good today. He is very solid in defense for a half and led the kick chase really well. He also offered us another option in attack and laid on that try for Barba by running a really good line.

It looks like it might be between him and Warburton for a spot in the team. I'm a fan of Warbo but I think he might be too similar to Stagg and Green might offer us a little bit more. Who would you guys rather have in the team?

I think he offered a bit more than Warbo in terms of attack. I don't know why Moore doesn't use Stagg out wide because as a junior he was always known to be decent with the ball in hand.

Sorry mods merge with the other Blake Green thread
Geez, does it matter? Think, then get a life. Green was great today, but the weather called for a player like him and his future prospects are that he will compete with a number of other players.I t6hought Ben Roberts was outstanding.

green had a good game i thought. roberts was great today, unlike the opening rounds he ran straight and
proved a real handful.
halatau was great as well, hope his knee is not to bad : (
no poor efforts today apart from most of the roosters.
