Does pho have lots of msg, salt, bad stuff in it? im trying to eat clean, but really craving pho today Usually. Depends who makes it though. It's generally healthier than most other things you'll get in restaurants/eateries but it does have some sugar and lots of noodles so it's a bit of a carb overload.
