Instead of awarding a penalty to the Bulldogs Cummins called it ball dropped by Eastwood. The Bulldogs were obviously angry at not being awarded the penalty came out with a few mutterings about Cummins ability to referee a game of football or perhaps things regarding his parentage . Cummins then acted like a girl getting her hair pulled and awarded the Roosters a penanty in front.

With actions like this Cummins was obviously using his power as referee to ensure the Bulldogs lose the game.

Therefore I think the club should submit a complaint to the NRL's CEO, Todd Greenberg
