From a fans perspective, at least Benny has confronted his demons now rather than mid season. Sounds like he's got a lot on his plate so fingers crossed he comes back bigger and better than ever.

As a fan, I feel it'd be more productive to send Benny some support rather than speculate - He has made it clear he doesn't want to let anyone down and if he thinks that his friends and fans are turning against him or feel that he's being selfish or letting us down then it's not going to make his healing process any easier.

According to TG, Barba won't be getting back on the field until he confronts his issues.

Said it could be 6 weeks, or it could be 6 months so I guess he won't be out on the field anytime soon.
