This seems ok as it has a temp gauge and foldable grill...

Plus I can use it as a Lebo barbie too lol
Did you get this. If so, how is it. Thinking of getting something similar.

Weber or a Kettle, you can even get an Upright Smoker, that is gas fueled, but you have a box to add wood, that's what i use.

It has 4 racks, i can do 2 huge chickens and a 6 kilo brisket all at the same time.
@ASSASSIN I think this is for you my man..

looks good. I still haven’t reverse sear a steak. How do keep an eye on the internal temp?
I just used the meat temp probe, same as you would for pork shoulder etc. I set it to 115 f, then took them off, wrapped them in foil for 10 mins. Then finished them on a super hot bbq grill. I had the smoker a bit hot though, they came up to temp quicker then I wanted, but they were still great. Glad they were, for what I paid for them.

Can you deep fry a steak? Not like chicken fried steak but just chuck the steak in the fryer?

I wouldn't chuck a whole steak in the deep fryer, but a good option is to cut it into strips, roll them in a bit of spiced-up cornflour and then deep fry them for a few minutes, crispy beef stir-fry style.
The Century under the Star have awesome Peking style crispy beef. I recommend it highly.

Thank You kind sir.

PS may be a dumb question, but can you smoke chicken wings?
Yes,
But hot and fast.
You want at least 180 deg C
Or the skin goes rubbery

I love doing chicken wings
So good.
Nice rub of your liking on the skin.

And bit of Frank's hot sauce
Best apatiser

Chicken wings was the first thing I ever did in the kettle

Great easy way to get started
