Apart from Jmoz, who has got the legs to run 90 meters if a line break is made?
.
Correction , we have no one In the team including Jmoz who can run 90 meters at this stage.

Even our "set plays" and back line shifts are slow and lethargic. Dont know why every other team stands deep and we continue to stand as flat as my science teachers chest.

Thompson last night showed how quick he is.

As long as thompson is in the team he should be given a roaming role when our forwards are going forward. Small and extremely quick as we seen last night and could be just as electric as barba as support player
He could be useful from fullback, as Barba was. Locking him into one side of the field doesn't make the best use of his attacking skills.

I think we purposely slow the game down. It worked last week against Parra.. Shut down Hayne. His only try was off a kick.

Correct. We play that semi-final style footy, grind it out, nothing too flash.

We are a danger team if we come 4th, 5th or 6th.

I still have hope this is our year.
I agree. As I said in another thread, we don't blow teams off the park often because it's not our style. We arm wrestle teams out the game. We essentially play finals footy every week. I think we'd be better off finishing 5 or 6 then 3 or 4 tbh. Home semi, and build momentum

So far i can remember lafai, brown, eastwood and few others who got out in open space in few games, yet no one could go all the way to score.

It is pointless to talk about support players when our forwards break the opposition defensive line..... there has been noone in support since barba left. I wonder why our forwards even look over the shoulder for the offload when the support players is never there.

We got to be slowest team in the comp.
Look at our 1,2 and 5 and there's our speed issue

There was a stat on fox sports the other day showing the amount of games teams have won by 4 points or less. We had the most at 7 games with the next team below us at 4. This is just the way we play. It was weird against Parra, we were up by 2 points for almost all the second half but I was always comfortable we would win. Even against Melbourne, up by 2 points with 30 minutes to play in the second half and I was confident. If we get into arm wrestles with teams we will always win.

Everyone loves speed except our club for some reason. Maybe we are keeping our noses clean.

Morris is still running on one leg since the origin injury.
Spot on about Morris

Perrett - Slow
Thompson - Pretty quick
Lafai - Very quick
Brown - Slow
Reynolds - Very quick but runs sideways
Mbye - Very quick (up to 40m)
Hodkinson - Slow

And that is why our defence must be one of the best in the NRLK.

Yep definitely the slowest. Even jmoz has lost some of his pace, certainly not slow but not as quick as he once was. I guess knee injuries will do that.
Morris at 100% fitness would have gone all the way for that opportunity last night. Personally I thought he should have had this week off.
