Are Chinese cars built better than 10-15 year old fords/holdens?

you gotta be a bit thick to pay $20k for a VL executive. Maybe if it’s turbo and mint condition
Nah man, thats what neat excecs are getting, mint turbo VL pull 50G, Brock turbo LE 100G, the Chinese will never replicate what Australian car builders have produced the last fifty years, holden has stood head and shoulders above all

don’t get me wrong and I’m only playing devils advocate but there was a MG X-Power brand new for $42,990 with a 10 years warranty. 0-100 in 3.8 seconds. It would run rings around any VL executive, I’m sure it’s also better built than a 1987 car too.

so the people that would pay for a VL executive a few and far between. Yes there is few for sale but even fewer buyers..

I love a good VL but I wouldnt pay more than $5k for one if it’s not a Walkie or Brock.

but I do love a VL commodore

MG transmissions are shit, lucky to get a 100 thousand km outta one.
0-100 in 3.8 seconds is a hell of a take off, still want holden style.
