Word was RCG not wanted by the Panthers, we let Martin go, Lichaa to go, Panthers to pay some freight, not delusional to consider making contact at least. It is fucking hilarious to me that everyone is posting like the club holds all the aces.
If you believe the club can recruit whoever they want and tell any or all existing players to fuck off at will you are delusional.
We have some very talented juniors coming through, and that's what I imagine this board is trying to do,from memory we also have 9 fringe first graders coming of contract, like fualalo, faumanu brown, etc so I do think that they will buy 3 or 4 players, but not players in the 600k or above range,It is fucking hilarious to me that everyone is posting like the club holds all the aces.

jake averillo has been playing half in flegg for much of the year and been going well slight build for a modern day centre fullback where he previously layed. has genuine pace.I like DWZ at FB but still think he can do what he does now from the wing. Would just love a deadly FB who keeps opponents on their heals every time his around the ball.
The thing about Ramien is his a right side centre and doesn't pass much which means Smith has no hope of seeing any ball... Similar to Scott. Both guns but is it what we need?
Haven't really seen Jake play much tbh so ill take your word for it and look out for him.
I do like that idea... A Flegler and Gillard to help Napa and Tolman with Ogden and RT as back ups. sweet. What about Campbell-Gillard as prop?
At this stage we need Cogger imo. No doubt Wakeham is great and is more gifted naturally, be interesting to see what the club does here, perhaps keeping them both and shifting Lewis to a different position is the keyWakeham is so much better than Coggar.
He won't come cheap.Word was RCG not wanted by the Panthers, we let Martin go, Lichaa to go, Panthers to pay some freight, not delusional to consider making contact at least.
All those off contract are on minor ducets and have to be replaced. Lichaa, Olive & Brown will go, not sure about others, as I said on minimum or close to it.We have some very talented juniors coming through, and that's what I imagine this board is trying to do,from memory we also have 9 fringe first graders coming of contract, like fualalo, faumanu brown, etc so I do think that they will buy 3 or 4 players, but not players in the 600k or above range,
You're definitely not lolSure I’m not the only one thinking it lol.
Agreed who, knows the truth about the cap, let’s dream and hope we get all 3 with some hardball by getting the other clubs to chip in like we have to when offloading. He won't come cheap.
Given none of the players off contract this season are on big money and have to be replaced and apparently we should sign Ramien & Koroisau.
Oh but hang on don't we have an ongoing never ending and unexplained an inexplicable salary cap crisis?
My understanding is yes they will be replaced, more likely, from our current juniors coming through, with some outside assistance, licha ,brown, fualalo are all above 250k.All those off contract are on minor ducets and have to be replaced. Lichaa, Olive & Brown will go, not sure about others, as I said on minimum or close to it.
Well blame the coach for that he should see that if we do and adjust accordinglyFound the back 3 every time last night.
On another note, all our halves need to learn how to put a spiral and torpedo bomb up. For the last 5 years all i have been seeing is shallow end over end chip kicks
Have said this about Lewis many times but keep getting told he is too big for hooker.I must be blinking when JMK looks like a hooker. Why not Lewis to hooker as we all agree he can defend and can kick, and this then opens up a spot in the halves for Wakeham as least for the rest of the year. Foran should be fit by the start of next year so we then can reassess as we will have 4 halves to choose from as we will hopefully have a specialist hooker signed by then.
I think we found some goodens in Wakeham and Coggar. Lewis is looking more like a lock every week. Someone really needs to get into his ear and tell him to go watch some Travis Norton footage. We need a 6 and 7
Simple
Or atleast one of them
I’m happy with the 1 and 9 for 2020
If Ramien comes to fruition then I can’t see us continuing our pursuit of Mitchell
Not saying Ramien is a better player but u don’t tie up 1.5-1.6m of your cap in 2 centres
Munster would be wow
Very hard to pry him away from melb
Don’t know who else is out there tbh
Need a world class half
Both come up through junior dogs (berala and Cheso)I think we found some goodens in Wakeham and Coggar. Lewis is looking more like a lock every week. Someone really needs to get into his ear and tell him to go watch some Travis Norton footage.
We need go forward more than anything in my opinion. Tough , aggressive and intimidating go forward. We need top shelf props with Napa and Tolman as the benchies with Elliot if we want to be serious about anything I reckon.
If we can get lines bending then these cunning lil halves will do the rest.
