My diagnostics of the problem.
Not necessary any one individual's fault
1. A new coach who is like a baby learning how to walk by himself for the first time.
2. A hooker that works tirelessly but lacks speed passing and astute organizing.
3. A natural five eight learning how to be a game controlling halfback.
4. A couple of representative props who's body language doesn't seems to be a happy one.
5. A few young players who hasn't lived up to expectations yet.
6. A lack of high quality goal kicker that could get us out of trouble when needed.
Combine the lot and we have A BIG PROBLEM !
Be optimistic...IT CAN BE FIXED !!!

Before Des closed up shop he wanted forwards that only pass, that's all Woods has. Graham with aggression and getting dirty suits what Pay has said he wants to bring out of the team. Should have kept Graham.

But doesn't woods have the 'special' ability' to offload which is what makes him the superplayer that he is and the 'reason' why anyone would spend big money on him?

Graham worked extremely hard to compensate for our lack of attack which went completely unnoticed by Des .

I agree with you about keeping Graham he would've brought way more to the team than lazy Woods

He has NEVER been a bash and barge type prop. Even at his best he wasnt like that. He is not a Klemmer or a Nathan Brown type.

He is more methodical. His main asset is his post contact meters with an offload. He also has a bit of footwork before the line.

That is his game.
