Can someone confirm.

Looked on the Sheffield website - He is still listed BUT - he has not appeared in there last few games.

I heard a rumour he is back in AUS and retired from league.

Wish we kept him tbh.

He played one game in the halves against Titans in 08 and looked very shark IMO.

The Sharks don't look real good so thats probably not a good thing.

And WHY would anyone wish we kept him LOL.

He did nothing anywhere. Would you have preferred he did nothing at the Dogs while using up cap space?

He played for Fiji in the world cup and from the games I saw was quite impressed with his performance.

It would be a shame if he retired.

He was behind the pecking order in the off-season 09.

Noddy, DJ, Roberts and Barba were ahead of him. And with Mick Ennis about to own the hooker position, there wasn't much Groomy could do. And the option of travelling to the UK because of his gf made the decision easier for him.
