Besides the fact you don’t judge a kid by how quickly one of his peers develops, as some develop sooner than others, they are totally different players…

Kiraz wasn’t lighting up our attack last year. Nobody was. He was still able to shine through kick returns and taking tough carries out of yardage. Kiraz also made his debut in 2022, so was a little more experienced.

debuting at centre in a team that wasn’t firing in attack and was completely overhauling its defensive systems, Alamoti was on a hiding to nothing. He is a very talented local junior and I’m not sure why we gave up on him.
Odd for some to make a Kiraz v Alamoti comparison. Thanks for pointing out facts re Alamoti. He was gone from us before he turned 20 yes before. His game will only keep improving as he gains more experience and more so with Ivan Cleary as his coach.

Yeah, Kiraz has more than two years on Alamoti too. The whole comparison is pretty bizarre.

More important question is who does the nrLOL want to win.

The ref's will show us in the first 5 mins.
Well considering big Nelson's judiciary attempt to downgrade his suspension was not successful, I'd say they want the Panthers to win. I thought Big Nelson was hard done by getting sin binned, and gob smacked that he was suspended. It was completely accidental, no malice in it.

Anyway I want Penrith to win, because:

(A) It keeps the title in Western Sydney, the TRUE Rugby League Heartland in this country, and;
(B) Thwarts/fights off the continuous threats that GWS pose to our grass roots.

TBH I actually don't mind if either win. Don't know any Storm fans and the very few Panther fans I know aren't dickheads.

Similar to Crichton who was just standing there and copped a head butt to the shoulder. Except Crichton was a clean skin and got 1 match, NAS was moving and is a multiple repeat offender hence the 4 matches + 1 match for daring to challenge the MRC.
