When the current board was voted in 2018, we all knew we were stuffed cap wise, so given the mess they inherited you can forgive them for needing 12months to steer the ship back on course...however

the roadmap should always be in the front of mind... building towards 2021 as the board told us many times their hands are tied til then.

fast forward from 2019 til now... our player recruiment targets for 2021 has been non existent. Coaching staff has been spoken to death and a decision needs to happen now...

We need leaders in the front office yet all we hear is more time is needed...

The free ride is over. time to get qualified professionals in....

What have they done of note besides move a few of players other clubs wanted and let the other bad contracts run out? There was no initiative to get things moving quicker and the club is in a worse place on the field now then when they took over. A bad situation has been left to get so much worse under their watch. It shows you how out of their depth they are when they think they could have gotten all this sorted in a single off season.

We have sucked at recruitment, retention and results. And to be the worst attacking team over half a decade is a sad effort. No more excuses. Either make us competitive or move aside. Nothing else will do.

We’ve had the so called war chest available since November last year and all we’ve done since then (besides Thompson) is extend the contracts of duds and brought in no new blood

and please don’t try the same bullshit excuses as late last year that maybe we’ve secretly signed players and are waiting to announce it

I’m not a fan of Pay but I think there’d be less calling for his head if we were actually announcing promising signings at the moment there’s absolutely nothing coming from the club and no light at the end of the tunnel so if we can’t change the squad we turn to the coach (although both need blowing up and starting from scratch)
