Heka Nanai - 50 - 100K MAX
Nick Kouparitsas - 150 - 200K MAX
Luke Patten - 180K
Andrew Ryan - 200K
Lee Te Maari - 50 - 100K

Those are my certainties

The rest that would be based on consistency are

Brent Sherwin - 200K MAX ( 100K to 150K)
Tonga - 200K Max (100K to 150K on average)
Jarrad Hickey - 100-150K
Bott - Pending on form

And thats the most i'd ever take, i get that we won't be getting all of them, but those are currently the ones i'd keep.

The rest are either not very impressive or i believe we have much better juniors or current FG'ers in that position, example being Cleal in second row, we have too much depth in regards to that position

Why would you want to resign Corey Hughes though?

His old and he lacks the spark of nowaday hookers and he can't play 80 mins either.

Just curious on your reasons

We're a family club

He didnt have a bad season this year and i think one more year extension after next year to cover a gap for Jamie Judge or another lower grade hooker.

I have said it before. They are the only ones I would resign. Maybe Hickey or Armit if they improve dramaticly next year.

Pretty much ditto to this one, Luke being a must sign under any circumstances and Sherwin the one on thin ice the most. He wasnt worth the big bucks in 2007, hope he can find his old form again.

Players I'd re-sign and for the amount I think they are worth.

Chris Armit - $80,000 - $100,000
Leon Bott - $50,000
Kane Cleal - $50,000 - $80,000
Andrew Emelio - Sorry, time to go.
Jarrad Hickey - $50,000 - $80,000
Corey Hughes - Sorry, time to go.
Nick Kouparitsas - $80,000 - $100,000
Brad Morrin - $50,000
Heka Nanai - $50,000
Luke Patten - $250,000
Cameron Phelps - Sorry, time to go.
Andrew Ryan - $ 200,000
Brent Sherwin - Sorry, time to go.
Lee Te Maari - $80,000
Willie Tonga - $120,000

Time to go:
Emelio: We have plenty of up and coming outside backs and sadly, Milo isn't needed.
Hughes: Times up. Simple as that. We have others to cover the shoes, even though they aren't very big shoes.
Phelps: As with Emelio, we have plenty of up and coming outside backs. Phelps always gives his all but he's nothing special. Others like Nanai will do the job just as well, if not a lot better.
Sherwin: Will be very sad, but unfortunately times up for Shifty. We have guys like Groom, Barba, Ezekial etc who will all we pushing for a top grade spot over the next 3 years. Sherwin is slowly losing his ability to play top grade footy and with the other guys coming through, he isn't needed. He'll also free up a lot of the cap.
