Do I think there should be a plebiscite. Heck no. It is a complete waste of money, purely voluntary and the final result is not enforceable.
Will I vote, yes. Will I vote for same sex marriage? Yes, of course.
I believe politicians are the ones that have blown the whole issue completely out of proportion, distracting Parliament from much more important issues.
They should have just changed the law the same way they change other laws on a daily basis.
Same sex marriage is not about religion. If a religious organisation does not want to marry gay people, they won't have to.
If marriage was solely a religious right, why are hetero atheists allowed to marry?
