What's the matter Colonel Sanders - Chicken??

Pretty much any meat is good meat (except if you work for the WHO, in which case any meat seems to equal butt cancer these days).

Lamb, Beef, Fish and Chicken are probably the mainstays I eat.

Of the more exotic meats out there:
Crocodile is quite chewy / rubbery I found.
Kangaroo is quite nice, rather game-y but very lean.
Venison is REALLY nice if cooked correctly, but it's a tricky meat to cook I hear.
Spatchcock (pidgeon) is rather boney
Duck I'm not huge fan of.

For me, nothing beats a good quality grain fed angus steak with a decent marble score and minimal fat/sinu.

i like my women how i like my steak.

brown on the outside and pink on the inside.
I hate it when the women is brown on the outside and even darker around the inside lol.
Even worse when they're white and around the entry area is brown.

Chicken and yours? <3?
Haha. I'll take it.

But is chicken really your favourite?

I love duck! Duck pancakes are amazing.

I really enjoy duck in Asia but can't seem to replicate it here... even in Asian parts of Brisbane. Not sure if the animals are bred differently or something.

You aren't the only one that said that brother. I have heard that before.

Hida beef, best beef in the world, no other beefs in Australia and USA can come close to the quality of the Japanese beef

Hida beef is quite the delicacy. Must admit I've only heard of it and never tasted it, but it's quite expensive isn't it? Looks very fatty, even for Japanese styled marbled meat....

Lol it looks like a lump of fat don't it.no wonder it has to taste nice. I've never had it myself and at that price I probably never will. Saying that theres nothing wrong with a good quality piece of grass feed rump .

Yeah I love it. I like most meats, but chicken is a staple for me. I never get sick of it

I think it comes down to what you value more. Long term consumption or a single meal.

For example, a nice juicy steak is the best for me, but I couldn't eat a steak every day without being overloaded. I could eat chicken every day without issue but if given the option of chicken and steak, unless I've eaten a steak then night before then it's going to be steak.
