What makes point piper more expensive than Bankstown? What makes one suburb more expensive than than another?
we could say the houses and better quality, bigger? But proportionally the square metre rate of land is way off, the houses aren’t proportionally more expensive, the values are all over the place?
it’s almost impossible to work out why a blade of grass is worth more in point piper than Bankstown or why one suburb is more expensive than another even when they have similar size homes and land..
We could say there is flood risk or bushfire danger but for many suburbs this isn’t a factor one being more dangerous than another??
could it be? But could it be that one suburb has more renters than another dragging down the values? No body wants to live where there are drunks screaming every night or fist fights out on the street?
could renters be driving the disparity in property values suburb to suburb?
