Close to it before he got hurt. His only bad play today was running towards the sideline and getting taken out. I think his bad defensive play happened when he had cramps so you give him the benefit of the doubt there.

I noticed his strapping was finally gone and he was a lot more explosive and free running before the cramps so hopefully his MCL injury is behind him.

They reported severe cramps so hopefully it's only that.

Yeah his form is all over the place at the moment and today's game was a good example of that. The first ten minutes it was like he left his brain in the dressing room. He wasn't locked in at all. And some of his defence again was really bad. But then you have the classy moments I mentioned.

We should be expecting him to put it all together and he definitely needs to improve. I'm not denying that. Hopefully he gets there eventually as he matures. This offseason will be the biggest in his career. He really needs to take the next step in a lot of areas and take more responsibility.
