Angry Wests Tigers fans have had enough - and are planning a protest rally at Monday's clash against Parramatta to vent their frustrations.

The fans have formed a Facebook group - Wests Tigers Action Group - and are considering a variety of moves including a walkout during the game at Homebush.

Other measures the group plans are to stand and turn their backs on the field in the 11th and 12th minutes, symbolising the number of consecutive years the team has missed the finals, and handing out pamphlets demanding change at the top.

Good on them . That Pascoe just seems like a flop of the highest order. Would be madness supporting them, imagine your halfback brooks being there for years and on high salary doing nothing and constantly being picked. Insanity

Reminds me of when some of our fans did the same thing when Mason went to the Roosters.

A walk out…? Will anyone really notice 10 people leaving…?

how would you be, paying for tickets to the game to either turn your back and not see what you paid for, or leaving early and not getting your moneys worth. wouldn’t it also make a bigger statement if none of them went to the game to start with?

Pascoe doesn't coach the team.

Everyone foretold that the Sheens, Marshall and Co experiment was going to be a complete dumpster fire, yet they adamantly pushed ahead with it.

Their club needs a complete cleanout from the top down.

pot/kettle situation…
How ? Difference between us and them, 2 grand finals 12,14. Yes a rocky situation but steadily improved since hasler left. Light end of tunnel. Would never compare us to them. The only downside to all those years was Barrett and castle.

Unlike others I actually feel sorry for Tigers/Magpies fans.. It wouldn't be easy to have your club merge and then when you still hang around to support the joint venture, you have to put up with decades of dysfunction..

They should honestly hand the licence to Perth, get rid of the whole administration of the joint venture and call them the Western Tigers and play a few home games at Leichhardt and Campbelltown a year.

The JV is the issue. The WT constitution doesn’t allow for members to replace a self-elected board, which is why they remain stubborn and arrogant despite many stuff-ups. As anyone on here who was following at the time knows, I was opposed to the EGM at the Bulldogs because I believe that duly elected office holders should serve their terms and if they’re not performing you get rid of them at the next election. And for that very reason I am glad the Bulldogs are a club where the footy club members hold the power and the directors know it: perform or you’re out. The Tigers need something similar if they want to be anything but a laughing stock. Moving anywhere (unlikely after the NSW Government just spent $80m on Concord Oval) or re-arranging the deck chairs in any other way won’t change anything. Unless the directors of the factions (outside NRL appointed directors) get off the gravy train and truly have the clubs best interests at heart and are accountable to the members for not delivering, they’ll remain a basket case no matter which player or coach they snare. Ciraldo knew it when his visit leaked before he even got home and knew he didn’t want to be part of an organisation that he couldn’t trust.

They have a decent roster compared to ours when we finished with the spoon.

They have a good forward pack and good young backs. A decent coach would have them competing.

Wrong move to appoint Sheens who's passed it and Benji who has no coaching credentials at all.

Should've signed John Morris or Flanno.

I feel sorry for the fans. If they were well run, they'd be taking advantage of a great junior production area and the fact that there are plenty of footy fans in their area to keep the club as a powerhouse. Instead they have a leadership group that are deeply entrenched and doing sweet fuck all to turn things around.

Yep i also have some empathy for the fans not a lot but.

Bateman and Papa must be thinking what have we done though the latter particularly must have gone mainly for the coin.Anyone with half a brain would know you aren't going there to win comps.
