NRL 2021: Canterbury Bulldogs prop Ofahiki Ogden charged with drugs possessionOgden caught with cocain and charged
Y ,he showed nothing in 3 years,he’s a big unit but his hearts not in it.Wasn't Ogden on a train and trial with us?
If Tigers or Warriors were smart he'd be a good pickup for either for them.
I'd say a huge percentage do and it's been that way for decades. I guess more people are getting caught now because they're dumb enough to have someone film it or they're not as cautious about being caught with it on them instead of having one of their entourage carry it for them..I’m honestly surprised more players haven’t been busted for drugs over the years. It’s rife with people the same age as your average footy player. There’s no doubt plenty of them would dabble in it.
What an idiot seriously. Sack him on the spot and save the odd 10-15k off the cap.NRL 2021: Canterbury Bulldogs prop Ofahiki Ogden charged with drugs possession

The NRL’s cocaine hell has continued after Canterbury forward Ofahiki Ogden was charged with possession of a prohibited substance by NSW Police on the eve of the grand final.
The NRL and Canterbury confirmed they were aware of the allegations, which come at the end of a week when the game’s drug policy has come under renewed scrutiny.
“We’re aware that Ofahiki was charged with possession of an illegal substance and the matter is currently with the integrity unit,” Bulldogs chief executive Aaron Warburton said.
“We can’t make any comment other than that.”

It is understood Ogden was pulled over by police on Saturday night and allegedly found in possession of cocaine. Ogden is off contract on November 1 and the Bulldogs had already decided to move in a different direction.
The club had discussed a two-year contract with Ogden earlier this year but elected not to press ahead with the deal.
“After speaking to him, it is clear he is absolutely ashamed and embarrassed with what has occurred,” Ogden’s manager Luke Lombardi said.
“Anybody who knows him, knows that he embodies what it is to be an athlete and this truly is against his character.”
Over the past seven days the NRL has had to deal with two separate high-profile incidents that have tarnished the code in the lead-up to Sunday night’s grand final between Penrith and South Sydney.
It’s not that hard to work out why. Ogden and Walsh both got charged with possession while neither Storm player did.“Warriors superstar Reece Walsh was charged by police after he was found in possession of cocaine. Then, in another incident, footage emerged of Melbourne stars Cameron Munster, Brandon Smith and Chris Lewis in a room with a mysterious white powder.”
It’s so clever how these articles are written, Cameron was literally dancing on a table with coke in his hand and Brandon had a card and a rolled note in his hand…Hmmm I wonder what mysterious white powder could that be…
I don’t think I’m yet to see an article with the storm trio and cocaine in the title or referred as cocaine in the article itself.
So did we ruthlessly cut him now u cock smoker Brent Read?NRL 2021: Canterbury Bulldogs prop Ofahiki Ogden charged with drugs possession

The police were involved with Reece & Ogden, No police were involved with the Storm players, Munster etc can say it was icing sugar.“Warriors superstar Reece Walsh was charged by police after he was found in possession of cocaine.
