Because 50k is nothing to sneeze at (pardon the Covid pun) and the club didn't do anything to deserve the fine. We get negative press regardless so that's nothing new.

Eventually they have to stand up to the NRL and let them know that our club won't continually pay heavy fines while other clubs don't get penalised at all.

So why didn't Cronulla get fined for Dugan? The players got fined. They're the ones that were responsible. That should have been the end of it like it was with the Dugan situation.

Covid has killed only a handful of citizens under the age of 80 in this country and many that contracted covid in care facilities may well of passed away anyway if they had contracted a seasonal flu. Covid has killed less than half of 1% of those who have contracted it.
The Delta strain all the premiers are going to pieces over is far more contagious through far less deadly that the original strain of covid.
So cease with all the lockdown crap and let us live our life the way we choose to and allow the truth to be told about the efficacy of therapeutics.
The playbook of lockdowns is not something we in the West have ever done before. Rather, we are reacting the same way Communist China would react...to the detriment of our lifestyle our businesses, kids education, our overall health, our mental health, our levels of public debt and the economy. It's time to take back our country and tell the truth about covid.

Absolutely correct. I read a study authored by Anthony Fauci in 2008 where he went back & looked at Pandemics since the Spanish Flu & noted "the vast majority of deaths occurred by secondary infections". You know what caused those infections? Mask wearing! People did not change or wash their masks frequently & everybody kept touching their faces. There is also a new study out from Denmark that showed almost no difference in catching COVID whether you wear a mask or not. Why did Governments around the World throw out their pandemic plans when they needed them? The point of history is to learn from your mistakes, not continue to make them over & over again!.

Let's be honest we knew this bullshit was coming, they make it up as they go with us .... and some still question whether the NRL has an anti Bulldogs agenda. It's as clear as day and we should stop being there bitches and stand up for ourselves.
