I agree, why would someone that isn’t a dogs fan be on a forum that is for a team they don’t support so much.

Imagine spending more then a minute on the panthers forum surely more to do in life...

Different story if you actually support the club.

100% ... The games Burton did get to play in the suspended rounds 3 & 4 was clearly the dominant of the two halves with the 6 on his back when he partnered Luai.

Clearly could easily had success with either Burton/Cleary or Clearly/Luai combo but opted to with the latter to help strengthen his son's leadership and control in that team and not to be upstaged in games by a fourth depth rookie, playing Burton with Luai and May to fit somewhere in the squad.

It is vital we get Burton for 2021 at 6 and form those combinations with key players in the spine an undoubtedly will help simplify Flanagans role in the team, who will have an unnecessary spotlight on him and enough pressure as it is to deliver results with some people wanting him to fail to justify Roosters decision to part ways with him in the off-season.

I dont have an issue with either you OP or most of what you've said on TK. For the most part your statements/positions have been understandable & well articulated if a little one eyed. In saying that they usually are far more balanced than a significant proportion of the contributors on here who jump up n down at your personal opinions & other RL issues. At the end of the day your not a eels or donkeys supporter so you must be a 1/2 way decent human! :tearsofjoy:

He really doesn't have a choice given his off-field history, most clubs would have shown him the door lucky he's close to the family and loyalty has been show by both parties....definitely a handy utility but I would of kept him on the bench in lieu of starting him at centre in the GF .... history now

Yeah we definitely had the discussion on our side about him being so close to the Cleary's being what saved him.

I spent years posting on rleague.com discussing the game with fans of pretty much every other club, of QLD, of the Kiwis etc. and the daily dismissal of latte sipping Roosters fans that are Swans fans in down years or of dole bludging, teenage impregnating fans of the shambolic Eels club or of those cousin loving maroons fans from the deep north during Origin was just fun

Yeah but it was a forum for rugby league fans in general talking about the game. Would you spend years on a forum that just purely talks about the dragons or the eels ? I doubt it
