They'll be with Hiku (been pretty decent last two seasons) and they've brought Aitken in already to play in the centres.

We have to be patient !
Attempting to sign players who are still contracted elsewhere for 2021 is complicated.
We all know there are 3 spots available in the squad that will be filled, big chance 1 spots is Burton's.
Addo-Carr very unlikely 2021, highly likely 2022.
A quality Prop and hooker on the radar for 2022, not possible for 2021 salary cap reasons.

Why do u say JAc is highly likely cor 2022? I think its obvious the rabbits will end up signing him....they have ckeared up so much salary cap space just in time to swoop on the fox

JAC did sign heads of agreement with the Tigpies but had a change of heart, the reason is he wants to come to Canterbury that doesn't guarantee one thing or another !!!

Yes I agree we should put a bit of pressure on. The longer we leave it the more chance other clubs will join the race to sign him. Because it's taken so long the Tigers and Sharks (and Storm) have already joined the party. We should start talking to Jarome Luai and heap more pressure on the Panthers. Even if we're not that interested make out we are. If the Panthers have to choose one or the other they'll definitely let Burton go. We need to make it as hard for them as possible. Tell Burton we'll move in that direction also and for Jahrome Hughes from the Storm. Would be great to get him but he can't hold us to ransom. If he's expecting more than 400K a season with his inexperience he's kidding himself.
