No coach of repute will take them on until next year (at least). As frustrating as it is Pay will remain coaching this year (and possibly next) unless he loses the dressing room and I don't think he has lost the dressing room (as yet).

There’s no way Pay will be re-signed next year.

He won’t be sacked early though. There’s no one available to take over.

Honestly. Bennet loves money. Offer him a big 2-3 year contract to put a broom through the place

I don't think they'll sack him, rather they'll announce he wont be coach next year and then recruit a coach from there.
If it's not this week it can't be far away.

Closeness of the match might help his cause but I truly believe that the decision has already been made by the board not to re-sign him. If he was half as good, we would win the winnable matches like these but he messed up his team selections from the start of the year..
