Just cut the bullshit out my bro. At one time there was about 15-20 Agents in about a 200 metre radius, we thrived with the big names and we ended up with a lot of their clients.

Only thing that stopped us was my old man passing and me getting sick. I'd still be in the game if it weren't for that.

PS sold the rent roll and rented out the office to look after my mum and siblings.
