Personally, I think there was still quality up until around season 12, then they ran out of ideas and basically jumped the shark and it was surpassed by the likes of family guy

There were good episodes after season 6. Just find the better episodes are few and far between.

The point I really gave up on the Simpsons was that episode where Lisa is being bullied by a ginger.

It was such a stupid episode.

Up to season 12-13 are good. The rest are very hit or miss. There's probably a handful of episodes after those seasons that are alright.
