Not to necessarily single your post out but a few people have said this recently. I'm assuming you mean that our players are required to stick to a script and that's it? No deviations from their structure?
Des would have a heart attack if we played everyone in there normal positons and played proper footy.

The pass on the 4th tackle to Tolman or a forward inside the opposition 10-20m zone is absolutely madness when considering points are typically scored on 4th and 5th tackle plays. We are effectively burning an opportunity to score points and so theoretically, we give ourselves 50% less chance of scoring points when in the opposition attacking zone.
The team always finds the middle ground, but it's always the part under the goalposts after the opposing team has scored.
Mate ever since Hasler came on board with his bloody mind coach it's been sunshine and roses at the bulldogs. All positive re enforcement. Which is great for a while and good to pull you through a dip in form. But when you've been shit for over a year of footy it starts to become insanity and that's not healthy. Back when I was a kid growing up in the 80s/90s I remember footy players telling it like it was. The game was at its peak back then in the Tina Turner era of RL and things have only gotten worse since then including the players and their bullshit talk in the media. I've had enough tbh.
