BTW, there are many outsiders but even some from within, saying that our Church is not keeping up with the times,
ie. modern society.
I have said it many times that they are the ones looking for that convienent GOD who makes their life easy, or to put in the exact words God has to agree with everything they want to do, in order for them to believe in him.
At the monent bro, I'm suffering from an overdose of Covet, so please pray a Hail Mary for me.
Gee I hope you recover quickly Kelpie!

Ok you don't believe what was written and recordered 2000 years ago, should not be believed, Don't you realise that all through the last 2000 years people have tried to discredit Christian liturature, but it has survived.
I know for a fact that my Church has gone to great lengths to acurately maintain the very words written by the Apostles and others around that time.
To me that more significent than any theory about evolution put forward by both bona fidy scientists, misfits, stires and those with a groudge
You can believe whatever you want. I have no issue with that. But if you haven't studied evolutionary biology then you shouldn't tell evolutionary biologists that they are 100% wrong, especially if you don't even understand basic scientific concepts like a scientific theory.

It's also why I wouldn't trust an Atheist to tell me what the Bible says. I leave that to the Theologians.

Not going to jump to conclusions and outright say this is definitely a targeted attack. But I will say, just as police have been targeted, I would not be surprised due to the msm narrative for pst few years especially since the row v wade thing if this indeed was targeted.
When there is so much fear mongering going on it makes a lot of sense.

Either way, I’m sure he died with a smile in his heart. RIP

It's possible. But just like any death, including police shootings and any other death, I would wait for more information. Definitely seems to be a deliberate homicide but no reason to try to push blame right now. We know what happens when you do that. Ends up with people rioting because they care more about conflict than actual facts.

I’m just saying it’s not hard to believe it was targeted because of all the anti catholic fear mongering that’s been happening of late especially in American media. But I did say I’m not jumping to conclusions and definitively saying it’s a targeted hit. Also no one is going to riot from my opinion unless you’re talking about a riot here which is just comments lol

I honestly wouldn't be surprised. Just look at Covid. Asian hate crimes in America went up 1200%. After 9/11, Muslim hate crimes went up a shit load.

People just want someone to blame. They don't care if they're wrong.

This one seems like a good story for the media to push, but the location of the "bomb" was on the train tracks a fair distance from the Church (the Church is in the lower right of the map)

Seems more like they were targeting train derailment

To be fair to you, even around my circle of friends they showed this but more of the msm of it being behind a Catholic Church so it’s a confusing story

Police hate crime went up, white hate crime went up, justified looting and rioting went up, all coz of narratives too it isn’t just those groups you spoke of who copped it due to the medias irresponsible reporting and narrative pushing.

I think it makes a good story to say that it's an attack on a church. Especially considering that America actually has had some horrible attacks on Churches. You would think that train derailment attempt would also seem great. But that could also come across as kids using new blasting caps.

Yeah well why I didn’t post that one you did was because it’s making the rounds more through conspiracy type sources. To be fair though, that Ohio derailment and the whole thing happening there is sus as hell

Other than ruling out suicide that’s as far as they have got, I do hope that justice prevails but I fear it won’t as many crimes go cold in the U.S.

Could be a hate crime, gang related or a robbery.. only time will tell.

I've always had it in for those who harbour deep seated hatreds, which nearly always revolve around race Religion, but sometimes for personal reasons.
AS much as he is maligned by some on TK, Pope Frances said that hate is the worst of all sins, which makes sence when you study the commandments throughly, starting with the full meaning of the first one.

I would be fairly certain that any attack against the Catholic Church in America has to do with the abortion thing.
Mind you the Baptists Church in America is against abortion just as much as the Catholic Church.

I never intended to say that evolutionary biologists said that we evolved from monkeys, I meant that it's what has often be touted by many that, (we evolved from monkeys), I've always treated it as mere pub talk.
I don't know where you live but if you can come to Kentshurst between the 16th-19 March I'll introduce to people who know real Christian Theology. It will be an oppurtunity for us to share the beer that we talked about some time ago. Jesus himself said (don't be afraid), so how about it bro.

I laughed pretty hard. It's pretty bad, but someone did raise a good point. It's no different to the lingerie advertising.
It's pretty different imo. We see men in underwear adds all the time but I'm not sure I've seen many woman in BDSM in adds. This is some Cyberpunk shit :tearsofjoy:
