Congratulations Des. You have turned our side into a robotics factory where passing is banned and any free form play is non existent. With 7 to go if we had anyone in the side with an ounce of football intuition we would have won easy. Even a 55 year old baa could have played to the line and won us that game. Once again congrats on the no pass bash and barge tripe we play. The most boring bulldogs side in the last 50 years.

That was expected with a middle third of Graham, Browne and Tolman. No genuine punch there Des' use of the bench is fucking horrible and only makes it worse.

We were down Klemmer and Jackson and then lost Kas early, so we lost too much size and punch in the forwards, and who was left just tired. Im not going for the blades over the loss, i half expected it down there.

Des needs to come up with a deferent tactic coming out of our own half. Too often our one-out play in the middle results in minimal metres made.

Same thing happens when we are at full strength, we dont make metres 2nd half, dunno if we run out of petrol or what it is, would like to know metres first half vs 2nd for our season

Seriously they played a full strength and most prob the biggest pack in the comp and the dogs were hardly at full strength... They played out of their skins today and I'm happy with the performance.

in last 20 minutes our forwards were passing the ball to the left when there was no canberra defender in sight for 10 meters.

it was watching game in slo mo when ball was in our hands.

We were good in patches, particularly when we moved the ball and made them chase us. Too often we then followed up with a plodding forward hitting the line at walking pace and surrendering in the tackle. Every other side hits the line at speed with chasers ready for an offload. Because our forwards don't pass, opportunities to make a break don't happen; or no-one is expecting it when a forward does break the defence line.

Too predictable.

Got sick of seeing tolman and graham run back to the play the ball. The only ones who were impressive were eastwood and fualolo

They have no heart,
They can't muscle up when needed,
Our entire team is not a true contender this year,

Our forwards are a myth, and often gets dominated for large periods of games,

We often let in soft try's before half time destroying 35 minutes of dominance,

Our halves don't know how to control a game when we are on top,

Our forwards
We were down Klemmer and Jackson and then lost Kas early, so we lost too much size and punch in the forwards, and who was left just tired. Im not going for the blades over the loss, i half expected it down there.

Not all football teams bash and barge
Not all football teams don't pass
Not all football teams are robots
Not all football teams are boring as bat shit
Not all football teams are stifled by their coach
Not all football teams play to a set script every week for 5 years

canberra skinniest back stream rolls our defensive line and our biggest bopper gets rag dolled by their 2 players max.

It was shitting me to tears how we couldnt make 20 m in a set in last 20 minutes where BJ was making 20 m in one single run and offloading as well.
