Doesn't seem to be much of an issue for kasiano when he comes on. Klemmers run for massive metres numerous times this year, the only difference i see is a bit more intensity because hes playing in big games for nsw
Kasiano takes the soft runs for about 5 minutes ffs

Soft runs? Hasn't been at his best this year but he charges back off kick offs and the few runs he does take

They are still soft runs. Doesn't take the hard runs through the middle and runs wide at smaller players.

When was the last time a bulldog forward ran over someone? Haha.

You have obviously have never played footy, bigger players are told to run at smaller players to get the advantage in meters gained, offloads and quick play the balls cause you know they help lead to tries which help to win games. Most big blokes who run at other boppers have some foot work before the line cause it will fuck your body at the end of the day. Running straight is for heroes and local A grade bums who want to punch on.

He is a prop forward, prop forwards generate momentum through the middle and don't run on the edges constantly at smaller blokes trying to pull off fancy flick passes trying to look good.

After his performances for NSW you can tell he wants to win those games.

I haven't seen klem put in performances like that for us in a long time.

Anyone think there's problems amongst the playing group with hasler?

It has to be questioned because there's a major difference in performance. Even Brett Morris seemed more switched on in origin.

Jackson is different he's Mr reliable his performances never change
Yep. 'cause Des keeps starting Klemmer at lock. He's strongest when he's playing prop off the bench. Another thing everyone but Des can see.

Klemmer shouldn't start off the bench.

He has the best impact against tired forwards. He's wasted at lock and wasted starting.
You don't start your best prop forward off the bench, that's absolutely crazy.

I haven't a bad word to say against Klemdog. He is an Aust/NSW rep player and one of the best props in the game. He should be starting front row but Des...

You don't start your best workhorse prop off the bench. You do start your best impact prop off the bench.

Klemmer runs hard and fast and makes decent metres. Put him up against fresh forwards and he makes minimal metres like he does for us. Put him up against tired forwards like NSW and Australia have done and he has a massive impact.

Don't agree at all. If Klemmer ever got benched his manager (if he had one) would be fielding calls from 15 other clubs that night. It's ridiculous.

Your best prop forward starts, simple as that.

This all gets back to the coach and the way that Klemmer is instructed to play. He needs to be standing deep and get good short passes straight on to his chest when running at speed. Used well he is a weapon but the coach wants all the players to be robots and cannot see that his approach is not working.
Absolutely.

Unfortunately with our board past "poor" results never counted because Hasler made "every" playoffs since 05. And we re-signed him for 2 more years. Even though we have only made 1 top 4 in 6 years.

I was hopeful that the rocket up haslers ass last year would wake him up. But we went even more backwards this year. A trend that has seen us slip down the ladder from 1st in 12 to 13th in 17. Even Bennett got punted from broncos.... don't understand why Hasler gets presidential treatment when all he has done in 6 years is a minor premiership.

Gday all I'm a South's fan I was just curious to read your forum in regards to your coach and playing style. I have to let you people know our forum posters are exactly the same as posters here .Just like on here Our stubborn coach and our pie eating CEO seem to have same ideas with recruitment, retention, team selections and playing styles it's quite eerie
