If Gus pulls off this signing, will he get due kudos from his haters on here?

All thing equal in negotiations we're the most attractive club out of the 3. It should be likely he ends up here.
How are we the most attractive? Both other sides have much more talent and we don’t have a single solidified spine position except perhaps Reed who had a shocking year. Gus has his work cut out to pull this off

Once were Warriors are the most attractive, it is ridiculous that he has asked for another release.

Listening to a few podcasts and the sharks might be a chance as well.

If they could near any of the 3 other clubs mentioned you would think he would go there

Of course we’re interested.
Problem is, the warriors hold all the cards here, and if they want a similar replacement, our cupboards are bare.

It’s one thing wanting a similar replacement. It’s another thing having that similar prepared to move to New Zealand.

Why would he go to the dragons ? They sacked him , I wouldn’t return to a club that sacked me
It’s in the past and bygones be bygones and at the end of the day money talks. I see 3 reasons why he would choose them. Firstly, Dragons don’t seem to mind about his pay packet and may pay overs. Secondly, Dragons have better forwards to swap out with warriors. Thirdly he gets the chance to play with a proven half in hunt and proven premiership winning coach in Flanno. The logical decision would be to go to the dragons imo.

They just resigned the red nosed reindeer on a big multi year extension. Can’t see them having the cap space.
