It's good to know this in a way. If there's a way to stop their reign of terrorism, it's to eliminate any sources that is funding their supplies.
Eliminate the supplier, it will slow down their operation, then once they have limited access to weapons, lure them to one place and fire a few missiles on their asses, capture the ones who survive and tie them with barbed wire to a pole and shoot them one by one UNBLINDFOLDED execution style until they're extinct.
