Realistically and by what Gus says is that we need an experienced NRL half to mentor the young ones coming through. If it is Wakeham or Averillo or BBO they need some experience to show them how to be successful at NRL level. The only player I can see that we may have some sort of chance at nabbing is Pearce. If not him I really don’t know what we are going to do. Wakeham looked promising last week as he has done a few games this year. He makes some silly decisions which is why experience will be key into unlocking our best halfback going forward. As it stands we really don’t have an NRL half nor one that could take us into the finals.

Agree with Bradley's 17 with the same query others have on the 9, not sure how Cook can out him without any prior matches to stake his claim? So think JMK gets first go..but not upset if it's Cook(and cheese could still be a hail mary chance lol)
Worried about BBO i'll be fucked if i want him to be a tackle pig 9 or utility he is a half isn't he?.If YES then he needs to get a go(maybe they have to juggle Avo? idk)this looks like a problematic situation to me, ,could easily see Bailey fucking off and killing it in someones else's team.
