proportion of empty homes
community involvement

Top Sydney
* Ku ring gai
* Hunters Hill
* Mosman

Bottom Sydney
* Sydney CBD

Suburbs like Bankstown, Redfern, Lakemba, Blacktown didn't make the list.

I have lived in those places over the last 20 years. Newtown is not a hole and neither is Enmore.

Liverpool City itself is an emerging city with new property developments and corporate companies setting up their offices down here.

Roselands, Hurstville and bankstown are full of little hektik teeny boppers

Punchbowl, Lakemba and Wiley Park are always full of random gang fights etc etc.. same with bankstown.. not the safest places to walk through at night alone or in a group
