Fox is pretty bad having walters on, the guy cracks an 80 minute hard-on over his bronco and qld players. Generally across both networks i try to avoid, broncos vs anyone & souths vs roosters.

That's exactly it. When you are on top of your game you cop the bad calls and come back harder but when you are scrambling for everything just to stay in touch every mistake is huge. I don't think any sides get a tougher time than others over the course of a year it's just that the strong teams brush them off and keep going. We used to be like that - oh to be there again!
