I really don't care who the Head Coach is as long as he is of sufficient quality and has very decent support Coaches. I'm also not against having a "Coaching Director" who runs interference between the Board and the Head Coach which lets the Coaching staff get on with their job of actually coaching players. A senior, highly experienced, well respected coach who no longer wants the day to grind of coaching but has the gravitas necessary to get things done outside of that and who's shear presence attracts players. Bellamy is the ideal candidate, especially since he keeps saying that he doesn't want to coach past next year but still wants to be involved. I think that bridge got well and truly burnt on Monday.
