Panthers showed last night that they've been in cruise control and have plenty of gears to spare. That first 20 minutes was as good as any other period over the last few years, something to admire.

With a week off now Edwards and Cleary will only be better, and their pack refreshed and reenergised.

They're a bloody good side and I don't think even Melbourne can match it with them over 80 minutes when they play like they did last night.

Definitely something to aspire towards for us over coming years, albeit with our own unique twist on culture and playing style.

It only takes contact to the head or a dangerous tackle to change the outcome of games. I reckon Dylan Edward's and Yeo are as important as Cleary, if they were to suffer a headknock in the preliminary or get suspended it will be wide open.

Storm turned up today, whoever turns up between them and Penrith on the day.

I still feel like Penrith will be too good for everyone… including the Storm. They soways stand up in the finals. If anyone’s going up beat them, it will be Melbourne. But if pressed for an answer, I’ve got to go with the Panthers.

Bellamy will try and come up with some slowing the ruck crap to beat penrith

Penriff 4 in a row with Cleary. Melbourne if Cleary gets hurt again

NRL have shown this weekend that rules from round 1-27 will be enforced on discretion... This plays into Melbournes hands, hopefully Panthers win x4 in a row.

Roosters falling short and failing with their sombrero spend should be sending alarm bells through the rest of the competition.

If the Roosters can't shake the comp up with that roster who else can? Answer: no one.

At least Roosters actually tried to shake it up, can't say the same for most other teams. At least Roosters management is ambitious.

Pathers Storm <day light> the rest
Yep think that's on the money.
Cannot stand Melb and not real fond of the Riff but maybe the Riff can photo finish and clip Melb.
Seem the most likely.

The competition is crying out for a team to break up the Panther & Storm dominance.

Who will it be in 2025?

It is hard to fathom that it is very likely both Nick Meaney and Paul Alamoti will be in a GF this year.

We should have beaten the Storm in Melbourne earlier in the season, and we were not as good then as we subsequently became. I have watched them on Kayo several times this season, and they just seem to keep on winning without actually looking like a top team. Penrith, on the other hand, look like the class of the field when they fire, and they are firing now.
