Got sick of looking at articles regarding mason so I decided to create a poll regarding where you guys think we will finish at the end of the regular season.

We have recruited well but we will be missing a lot of go forward with the departure of Shrek and the boxer. So where do you guys think we will finish?

Recruited well? Who did we recruit?

Won't go good, but I think we'll go good enough if we are lucky with injuries.
We got Charlie Leaneo,,Justin Tsoulos,Aaron Groom ,Michael Sullivan . But yeah if we have any key injuries this season i can realistically see the spoon coming our way.

been positive i would say 5th-8th, although unfortunately we may go worse then that depending on the players. (injuries, suspensions etc..we are clearly not the most lucky team, its bad enough all this is happening with the club at this stage, although they say any publicity is good publicity).

I have no doubts we will make the top 4. Still have close to the best roster in the comp. We also have something other clubs dont have..........we are Canterbury........they are not !

Thats it. We are the dogs. WE arent a wooden spoon team, not close. Some clubs would still have to recruit to get as many stars as we have left. Could turn out that this shakeup now is what the doctor ordered.

We have lost players before, and we always manage to discover new stars from the ashes. Only time we have been spooners that my mind has cared to remember is when we lost our points for salary cap breach when we were minor premiers.

We came back within a few years to win the premiership in 04 after losing all our points in 02. That is still the most heartbreaking thing that ever happened in my time as a dogs fan, easily eclipsing recent events. To be pumped for a finals series, and be told we would play at all was bs. What team loses 36 or so points for any breach? Still pissed about it. This might fire us up. Especially vs the rooters i suspect.

at least this year we will have guys that want to throw on the blue and white.

In 2008 as long as the guys give their all I will be proud of them.

Honestly though making the 8 isn't everything, this year we were just making the numbers and played poorly given our squad. 1 year of dissapointment though can bring 3-4 years of success. Having said that i hope we do make the 8, i honestly think we won't be a "contending team" until around 2009-2010. But when we are back on the top of the ladder eventually this process even though it may take long it will be worth it, and will pay off.

im more excited about the kick off next season after the "boxer"(mason) dramas compared to this year's.,the doggies play their best as underdogs at times and would not be surprised if we humble some cocky teams.,re-building phases can help bring back the mongrel in this team with some no names amongst it.,the key for the team is how they utilise the off season..my 2cents btw i picked 5-8

i'll let you know in august next yr ;)
but tbh, as long as they show heart and put it all on the line for that jersey then im easy.

if they make 6-8 that's awesome but im predicting 9-12. hopefuly no lower

i reckon the titans will be up there as well as roosters (poofta ass cnuts).
storm should win again, but it'll be alot closer this time

oh and i wouldn't mind seeing an nrl all stars vs super league all stars game. that would be a pretty good game actually

i dont know if you guys remember leon bot, he is a winger who played for brisbane 2 years ago and was their rookie of the year then he had a really bad injury and was out for the whole of last season, well the bulldogs have picked him up, back then he was awsome

I voted 5th to 8th but I would be thinking 7th to 10th is more likely. Either we will just make the 8 or we will just miss it. Sonny Bill will have a huge year

3rd, with big head mason going. We will have less drama off the field & more continuity on the field. ( My bad if the spelling is wrong ) Have faith.
