Anyone here a health junkie and drink this daily? Apparently it's good for your skin and it helps you flush out the crap in your stomach. Hearing that, i'm going to be drinking this on a daily basis for yianni like skin. :alien:

i find the smell quite refreshing. but yeah, the taste is bearable after a while

This reminds me of the times when I was around 10, and we'd pick out that long grass in the playground that looked like wheat and put them in the sides of our mouths.

We were totally cowboys/farmers back then.

I use a product called 'Vital Greens' which is a fantastic combination of wheat grass, alfalfa, spinach... a a few others.
