That's bs George. Totally not on @ all.

Speak to someone specialising in the legal side of HR or even consider an appointment with a solicitor just to get an idea of the laws and your rights/possible courses of action.

I'll flag an email to my sis whose in HR to see what steps you could take.

What you need to do is

1) Break into his office
2) Turn his computer on
3) Open the disk drive
4) Insert a slice of coon cheese
5) Re-Boot the router
6) Leave.

Seek legal advice. You need to find out if he has any rights to do what he did seeing it was at work and your laptop is connected to the server.

You don't want to take action when you dont have a leg to stand on.

LOL you jealous he is sucking me off and not you?

Nothing illegal or incriminating at all, but i just have personal stuff like that is only directly related to me and not the business.

Like why not ask me? He did this with my emails but i didn't care as it is work emails

He doesnt even touch my laptop, he sets it up on the server through my user account on the server
But your home laptop would have different logon credentials correct? Does this software just hit an IP address and take down everything in docs and settings or something? AD? SMS?

I have a mobile profile so once im in the domain it starts the transfer at the start before i sign in, hence the long time waiting to log in.

Nah he selects what folders he wants, he chose "my documents" and "desktop"

Login credential are update when i am in the domain as well as im apart of the work group
