What should Baz do?

My question to all of you is this, what should Baz do to turn this around??? Does he overcoach or does he do the bare minimum. Our plans rarely change each week, put in a bit of a fight for part of the game, then it turns to shit. When the tv cameras go up to the coaches box, Baz rarely looks phased, which is a massive concern.

Chage of coach wont make a big difference.. since 2016 weve gone from Des to Pay to Barrett ..

The only bit we have not changed in that time is signing a quality halfback..

We have a good hooker coming next year now need a halfback also..

The effort is there.. if we cant score more than 2-3 tries a game its on the spine and mainly halfback..

The fact he continues to put okunbor in who fucked up the momentum once again with that mistake around the play the ball shows this coach has zero idea . He’s a liability . Watch next week if he takes Kiraz out and puts averello back in whos flopped all year
