History not your thing is itNone of those players were trialled at fullback at their previous clubs and stank up the field like Crichton has every single time he has been asked to play fullback for the Panthers.
What does history have to do with it? He has been trialled there…. At a better cob…and was terrible.History not your thing is it
Because you are trying to reinvent it to suit your argumentWhat does history have to do with it? He has been trialled there…. At a better cob…and was terrible.
Or #6 if Burton was moved to #3 or#4. Seems he has played plenty of #6 in lower grades. He hasn't been signed for 3 years to play nsw cup or not have a position in 17.
If he trains hard , is consistent each week Tracey will be at #1 , #3 or #4.
Now you're actually trying to argue Crichton hasn't been bad at fullback every time he's been put there? Wow.... just wow.Because you are trying to reinvent it to suit your argument
Your replying to a pretzel that thinks Flanagan should still be our 7 ..Because you are trying to reinvent it to suit your argument
And you are trying to argue that 2 games a year apart make him useless. Now you're actually trying to argue Crichton hasn't been bad at fullback every time he's been put there? Wow.... just wow.
I think centre. I would like Crita to have his chance at fullback. Potentially he is faster and stronger than Tracy and I think would chime in well into the backline. A bit like Teddy. What position will Connor Tracey be playing next year
@Flanagun @Nasheed Inglis and Mitchell didn’t join Souths to play fullback their coaches put them at fullback to fill the position. Inglis was originally a fullback had to play elsewhere at Storm for a pretty obvious reason. Nasheed knows Souths better than me can explain it more.None of those players were trialled at fullback at their previous clubs and stank up the field like Crichton has every single time he has been asked to play fullback for the Panthers.
Spot on, we’ve had good players come to our club and turn to shit(too many bad apples make the few good apples shit) Our approach now is to have more good apples than bad apples to create a better culture and for the good players to set high standards at training and on game day.Small picture thinking [emoji116]…
“these players we’ve bought are shit .. they couldn’t cement full time gigs at their own clubs so they’re only here because they’re unwanted discards” Gould’s shit Ciraldo’s shit the clubs shit ..
Big picture thinking [emoji116]
The club has had a losing culture for way to long … a losing culture is a nice word for bad attitudes .. lazy, not interested, not giving 100%, won’t train hard, terrible defence, turns up late .. player first club second attitude ..
These players had contracts from previous management & coaches .. you can’t just boot them ..
Not only has Gould & co had to try and rebuild relationships with schools and pathways and rebuild from the bottom up .. they’ve had to try and work out how to remove this losing culture .. here’s why a lot don’t understand certain players coming and going we’re not around these guys or know them like Gould & CC do ..
All recently bought players are from winning cultures …
They may not be Cameron Smiths or Thurston’s … but they do bring a give all attitude that should filter throughout the whole club …
These things the short sighted just can’t comprehend ..
Maybe Dick Tracey came from the Broncos but Connor Tracey is a Sharks junior & played in the halves before joining Souths.Talking to an astute South Sydney supporter. His take was Dick Tracey came down from the Broncos system as a young fullback. With Greg Englis in the side they used Connor as a utility hence his flexibility.
There's a few bronco's players that don't mind the dick tracey.Maybe Dick Tracey came from the Broncos but Connor Tracey is a Sharks junior & played in the halves before joining Souths.
