Cam smith being out
Wet wether nullifying cronks kicking game
Wet wether making our forwards more effective as less outside back work was required (less passing)
Our halves played very well
Perret made no errors
We had strong defence from 20th minute onwards

I saw something today I haven't saw from our team before and Reynolds/Ennis and even Jackson got on the outside of the inside men really well and put the centres away and we hardly did the predictable behind the man play

Ennis didn't try to be a hero and our halves firing.

...with the exception of O'Hanlon, who doesn't look like a first grade player.

Did anyone else notice TRex lining up Cooper Cronk all game?

I'm sure it was Des's tactic to wear Cronk out as TRex moved himself around in attack to target him all game. Wold love to know how many times he had to tackle him.

I thought he played well also...

Better discipline. We actually won a penalty count in the 1st half. Hokinson is growing as a player. Coo toes to him tonight.
Klemmer, the Pom, Jackson and the rest of the forwards won the battle in the middle.

I said it last week, but the rate of the improvement has surprised me.

Our halves are growing into their own, and boy was it on show tonight! they are the generals now, and I can't wait for them to keep on developing..

I tipped the Storm by 1-12, and I didn't see this coming.

This has got to be the tightest comp this year, not a single team has looked hapless.

They will have an embarrassment of riches in the forwards next year.......i hope that doesn't mean the end of Big Kas.

Our halves are taking more control of the game..

Not relying on Barba for the hail mary plays, and changing our game plan as other teams have figured out how to defend against our forwards passing before the line

The fact 7 different players scored tries shows we are testing each position of attack and the halves thriving of each others efforts and the backline chiming in with good use of attack. A team effort is what we saw tonight!
