Weird Problem

I'm not great at computers and have had this problem for a while.

It's just that when I get into my "My Pictures" folder, it exits and asks if I want to send an error report. I also can't save any pics made in photoshop or whatever, because when I hit "save as", it automatically goes to save in My Pictures and then the whole program exits and I can't save anything.

The same thing happens if I try saving a picture off the net. If you go "save picture as" it comes up in My Pictures and gets out of the window.

Anyone know what could be wrong and how to fix it?

Are u using vista or XP? Either way, are you the administrator of the pc? It could be your settings in start>control panel >user accounts

I'm the administrator and using XP. Is there a setting you can change or something that could help? It's only the home computer, not work or anything.
