WCC - Leeds V Manly

So Leeds won 26-12.
5 tries to 2.

What did we learn ?

- Leeds are OK without playing out of their skins.
- A lot of us dont care if Manly is playing, we still can't cheer anything blue'n'yellow (Hello Hog, saw your tweet)

- Manly is average (but then again, aren't we all when it's the 2nd trial for the year)

- Judging by the crowd : It's looks like Manly dropped over $100K on freebies in airfares/accommodation etc so the (quote-unquote) "board" could watch while each member is on their (quote-unquote) "holidays with family". Never mind ... just add it to the $1.6million they squandered last season when they won the comp !

Leeds have a few god names, Ryan Hall (Scored a Brilliant Length of the field try) Brent Webb played well also

Brent Webb was ok in the first half but absolutely garbage after half time, Burrow was the game breaker and Watkins was class with each touch, just didn't see enough of the ball.

that is only their second trial dont forget, imagine if we played them, lets put it into perspective

the 1994 brisbane vs wigan match was different in that wigan were reigning 5 times back to back champions at the time and brisbane were reigning back to back champions, it was clearly the best vs the best

a match in australia today wont be that great but it still should sell out the stadium

the problem with this game is its the next season when they play, both teams are different by then, and have only played 1 game in 3 months. why not have it a couple of weeks after the GF?
