Probably win an Oscar for the category of worst apologiesIf someone made a video compilation of 10 second clips, of every time the refs and/or bunker have gotten it wrong this year, it would be a 3 hour movie and would probably change his mind.
Yeah I notice the same thing.I just want to understand.. how do they never question why, once an order of teams is set, the ladder stretches out rapidly.
I've not cared if the dogs get the spoon, because for several weeks I've been watching the bottom sides cop the most "cognitive dissonant" bad calls.
What the hell was wrong with the dragons try off the kick off?
Also Fox Sports need to pull their head in. First, Blocker should never commentate Dogs.. and Voss cucked to him... But the try was off of a forward pass... What's the threshold of forward where you don't get to criticise *the defence* for being unable to stop a defender.
It's outrageous gaslighting, and is actively hiding a flaw in their overpriced product.
Which is a game that is being decided by obvious referee biases, that become extreme once a table order has been set.
As for that top teams/players bias, I 100% agree with on you that; it comes a syndrome where the referees are star struck and wanting to be buddies with them (look at they interact with star and marquee players being all friendly and first name basis with them) for their image in the game.Yeah I notice the same thing.
I thought the Broncos got the benefit on so many calls (outside of the sinbin and escort penalty). It's almost like refs look at the top performing teams and have an unconscious bias to think these guys are perfect and would never give away a penalty like that.
Agree on Voss and Blocker. They really hammer the Dogs, as well as Ginnane. Their job is to commentate, nowadays they try and be analysts and make remarks about players character. They would have a brief prior to the game and I bet they go over certain things about teams. Gone are the good days where Rabs just commentated on what he saw.
