Tips Please : Sinus Probs.

Anyone here with (or know someone) with Sinus Pain.

CBF going to a doc. Dont wanna drive anywhere. Kennel to the rescue.

Midway during the first half yesterday I started getting various Sinus aches. I dont know if it was the Illawarra coal-smog mixed with the salty air or the general stench of Dragons that did it ..... but something has set it off, and every damn sniffle and sneeze is horrendously painful.

Even now ... still not 100%.

Nurofen, Clarantyne, Rhinocourt ..... all offer varying levels of temporary relief, but eventually along comes a sneeze and "AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH ... ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch" .... *massaging face* !

sudofed, works a charm and you can turn them into happy pills after your done with a few home made labs....

I have sinus problems, but never have any pain if I sneeze or cough. I get sinus problems when the season changes- worst is from Summer to Autumn. Eating dairy products also sets it off. When I get sinus problems I just get stuck into the cough drops and stay off dairy porducts for 2-3 weeks.

gets me through the day
